Welcome to HomeChoice North Somerset, our new way of allocating housing association properties for rent and shared ownership properties for sale.
HomeChoice North Somerset went live on the 23rd April 2009 when the first round of properties were advertised. This scheme should give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties will be advertised each week and you can then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding.
