Prioritising Applications

The Council uses a banding scheme to prioritise applications.

Please note:  (HN) means Housing Need.  Legislation says that we must take account of these when prioritising applicants.  Where there is no HN shown, this means that North Somerset have decided that it wants to make these a priority but they are not subject to national legislation.
