• There were 2,449 applicants on our housing register all looking for accommodation.
• There are 724 applicants in Bands A and B all looking for accommodation.
• From April 2025 to March 2026, only 555 vacant properties were let via this website.
• One-bedroom properties were the most sought-after property type in terms of bedroom requirement. 
• In total, there were 1,262 applicants looking for one-bedroom properties, and 367 of those were in Bands A and B.
• Only 31x 4-bedroom houses were advertised between April 2025 and March 2026.
• The average waiting time for an applicant in band A was around 108 weeks.
• The average waiting time for an applicant in band B was around 114 weeks.
